Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. StudioNxt reserves the right to remove any of your Content from this website at any time without notice.

Gallery Link Policies

StudioNxt services, including but not limited to access to galleries, photo-sharing features, and other functionalities, are available exclusively during the period of active subscription. Users must maintain an active subscription to access and utilize StudioNxt services.

Gallery links generated by StudioNxt for the Wedding suite are by default valid for one year from the date of creation or until the specific expiry date mentioned upon creation on the gallery or agreed upon during the onboarding phase.

Access to gallery links is contingent upon the user maintaining an active subscription with StudioNxt. If a customer's subscription lapses or if there is a delay in payment, regardless of the original expiry date, the gallery links will cease to function until the subscription is reinstated.

Gallery links which are inactive for more than one month are scheduled for automatic deletion to maintain the health of the system.

No Warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and StudioNxt expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Variation of Terms

StudioNxt is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

The StudioNxt is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between StudioNxt and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute or controversy arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu.
